Chrome Sparks (UK / Ninja Tune)

Chrome Sparks first burst into electronic music consciousness in 2012 with “Marijuana,” a Bandcamp compilation track turned Internet phenomenon (organically rocketing to #1 on HypeMachine and racking up over 18 million cumulative streams to date). Since then he’s released three EPs via Future Classic (including subsequent breakthrough track “Moonraker”), remixed Chet Faker, Porter Robinson, Fred Falke and Blackbird Blackbird among others, and played sold out shows throughout North America, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. On joining the Counter Records roster, which includes ODESZA, Maribou State, Conner Youngblood, Andreya Triana and many other lauded breakouts of recent years.
Bearcubs (UK / AllPoints)

Bearcubs is the immersive solo project from 25 year old electronic artist Jack Ritchie. Over the past 2years, Bearcubs has honed in on a distinctly unique blend of emotive electronic music, future garage and lofi house music in his meticulously crafted productions. With two singles and his debut EP ‘Chro-ma’ that saw him heavily championed by the likes of Annie Mac, MistaJam and Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1, and praised for his talent by respected tastemakers such as Mixmag, The Fader and i-D, among others, he has recently released his highly acclaimed follow-up EP ‘Underwaterfall’. This 4-track collection showcases the diversity of Bearcubs’ sound, from melancholic, introspective gems to intelli-gent, club-ready cuts. He has also previously collaborated with Tom Misch, and amassed remixes for the likes of Bastille, Gorgon City, Odesza.
